The Twenty Two New York: A New Era of Private Luxury
The Twenty Two Brings Its Iconic Private Members’ Club to New York City
New York City is about to welcome a new, exclusive destination for luxury seekers and tastemakers. Following its success in London, The Twenty Two is set to open its second location in the heart of Union Square on November 18, 2024. Housed in the landmarked Margaret Louisa Home, this nine-story hotel, restaurant, and private members’ club promises an alluring mix of elegance, community, and laid-back luxury.
Inspired by the creativity of its Mayfair roots, The Twenty Two New York embodies the “art of lingering” with exceptional service and style. The iconic brand has been crafted by visionary hotelier Navid Mirtorabi, co-founder Jamie Reuben, and New York-based real estate developer Michael Chetrit. Together, they aim to connect New York and London’s vibrant, creative communities under one luxurious roof.
The design of The Twenty Two New York, led by London’s Child Studio, pays homage to the building’s rich history, blending Shaker, Mission, and Craftsman design elements to evoke a cinematic sense of mystery. Natural hues, lush fabrics, and thoughtful details create an atmosphere of effortless elegance throughout its 77 rooms, including 17 suites and a stunning rooftop penthouse with panoramic city views.
Exclusive to members, the second floor offers a sanctuary to relax and network, while the public can enjoy an all-day dining experience curated by the talented Vitagliano sisters from Raf’s and The Musket Room. Their team, including Executive Chef Mary Attea and Pastry Chef Camari Mick, promises an extraordinary culinary journey.
For those seeking a sophisticated, yet spontaneous social scene, The Twenty Two New York promises to be the new hot spot, where old and new connections come together in one dynamic space.
Stay tuned for more as this iconic property officially opens its doors on November 18, 2024.
