Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bali
Enjoy the exotic charm of Bali so much you’d like to make it your home away from home? Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has just announced it will brand and manage a portfolio of luxury Residences at Mandarin Oriental adjacent to Mandarin Oriental, Bali. The hotel is scheduled to open mid-2018 when the 30 residences will also be completed. 
Each contemporary residence will have incredible ocean views as well as its own 15 meter pool with sundeck and outdoor dining areas. Another fabulous perk for owners is having access to all of the hotel amenities and additional bespoke services.
Residents can also enjoy the hotel’s restaurants and bars, and a Spa at Mandarin Oriental, as well as the Beach Club and a Kids Club. The development will also include a retail village and an 18-hole golf course, adjacent to Mandarin Oriental, Bali.
The project is being developed by PT Bali Ragawisata, the owner and developer of Mandarin Oriental, Bali. The final number of residences has not yet been decided.
The hotel and residences are only a 25 minute drive from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport and 30 minutes from the popular tourist hot-spots of Seminyak and Sanur.
