Legendary hotels Claridge’s and Hotel Il Pellicano are teaming up to bring the essence of Tuscany’s dolce vita to the heart of Mayfair. From Monday, February 17th, to Saturday, February 22nd, 2025, Il Pellicano will take over Claridge’s Restaurant, offering a delicious escape to sunny Italy during the winter months.
Led by the renowned Chef Michelino Gioia and his talented team, the residency will feature a specially curated menu showcasing the rich, flavorful ingredients of Tuscany. The dining experience will be paired with expertly crafted cocktails by Federico Morosi, the celebrated barman of Il Pellicano, whose creations have become legendary.

Prepare to be enchanted by dishes that embody the soul of Italian cuisine. Highlights include:
- Maremma-style Ravioli with butter and sage
- Risotto with shrimp, ginger, and lime
- Veal Cheek with potato cream, chicory, and Chianti sauce

- Poached Organic Egg with asparagus cream, smoked scamorza cheese, and black truffle
