Cathay Pacific’s partnership with Louise is nothing short of exquisite. The curated menu offers 16 interpretations of classic French dishes, taking in-flight dining to new heights. Among the highlights are luxuriously chosen elements like fleur de sel (the delicate “flower of salt”), fluffy Niigata rice from Japan, Iranian saffron (the precious “red gold” known for its rich aroma and flavor), and the deep, bittersweet allure of Guanaja dark chocolate. In addition, the airline is partnering with Michelin-starred Duddell’s, a Hong Kong-based restaurant that celebrates Hong Kong’s culinary heritage and offers high-altitude fine dining for outbound First-Class and Business-Class passengers. The promotional menus bring a fresh and curated interpretation of much-loved local specialties, highlighting the two brands’ commitment to elevate the food culture of Hong Kong. Indulge in main courses like wok-fried lobster seasoned with ginger, or premium Iberico pork belly simmered in a sweet, sticky soy sauce glaze; to chrysanthemum and longan jelly for dessert.
